Hello friends. I hope you’ve been well. I’m so excited to share the first Christmas post of the year. It’s hard to believe how fast this year has gone by.
This super easy plaid Christmas ornaments are a little hint to what the tree will look this year.

You might have heard of ‘Ralph Lauren Christmas’ is trending. It’s a nice little trend but to be honest, I think this trend just means bringing in traditional colors and textures that remind us of a nostalgic Christmas.

Lots of plaids, reds and greens.

I love the way this particular ‘trend’ makes me feel because it really is very nostalgic.

So I made this ornaments and about 5 minutes but they look so pretty in the tree.

I simply took these ornate little frames and added some plaid wrapping paper to some and some fabric to others.

Some I painted black and added some rub’buff to make them look a little more tarnished.

So easy and so cute.
